This privacy policy (this “Policy”) describes the policies and procedures of Peterson Health Analytics LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) with respect to personal data collected, held, used or processed by, or on behalf of, us, including when you use our website at petersonhealthanalytics.com (the “Site”).This Policy also covers the measures taken to protect the confidentiality, integrity and security of that personal data, and your rights regarding such personal data. This Policy applies solely to personal data collected through the Site. If you engage with our health analytics services, additional privacy notices and terms may govern the collection and use of your information in that context.
By visiting the Site, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy, which we may update at any time. If we update this Policy, we will post the updated version here. Any such changes will be effective as to you when you first access the Site after we post the changes here. If we make any material changes in the way we collect, hold, use, process or share your personal data, we will endeavor to provide you with appropriate notice.
This Policy sets out:
- the types of personal data that we collect from individuals when they use the Site;

Who Controls the Data We Collect
We are a data controller with respect to the data you submit to us through the Site. Where we process personal data on behalf of our clients in connection with our health analytics services, we act as a data processor (or business associate, as applicable) and process such data solely in accordance with our clients’ instructions and applicable agreements. This Policy does not govern data that we process in our capacity as a processor or business associate.
What Personal Data Do We Collect
We provide you with the opportunity to submit your personal data to inquire about the services we provide. This includes identifiers such as your first name, last name, title, company affiliation, email address, and phone number. If you do so, we will use this personal data for the purpose of providing you with information about our services and/or other information that we believe you will find relevant.
We also collect information automatically when you visit the Site through cookies, pixels, or other tracking technologies (collectively, “cookies” for purposes of this Policy). Your Rights

- Accuracy/Correction: We aim to keep your personal data accurate, current, and complete. You may contact us to request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Opt–out of Sharing (for Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising, including Targeted Advertising) or Sale of Personal Data: You have the right to opt-out of the processing of your personal data for the purposes of targeted advertising or the sale of your personal data.
- Deletion: You have the right to ask us to delete your personal data, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive your request and verify your identity, we will delete your personal data from our records and direct our service providers to delete your personal data from their records, unless an exception applies under applicable law.
- Portability: You have the right to request that your personal data be provided to you, or to another data controller, in a commonly used, machine-readable format.
How Long We Keep Your Personal Data
We will retain each category of personal data for as long as we deem reasonably necessary in connection with the purposes for which it was collected as described in this Policy or as otherwise permitted under applicable law. Specifically, we retain contact information submitted through inquiry forms for [5] years following your last interaction with us; we retain cookie and analytics data for [12] months; and we retain records related to privacy requests for [24] months, as required by law. Protection of Personal Data

To the extent we collect sensitive personal information, you have the right to limit our use and disclosure of such information to uses necessary to perform the services or provide the goods you request, or as otherwise permitted by law. If you engage with our health analytics services, additional privacy notices and terms may govern the collection and use of your sensitive personal data in that context.
Children’s Privacy
Our Site is not intended for use by children under the age of 16. We do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share the personal data of children under the age of 16.
Do Not Track
We will respond to Do Not Track browser settings.
Global Privacy Control
We recognize the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) universal opt out preference signal. You may request to opt out of the sale, sharing (for cross context behavioral advertising, including targeted advertising) of your personal data by broadcasting the GPC on your browsers and/or browser extensions that support GPC. Where required by applicable law, we treat such signals as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data for the browser or device that communicates the signal.
California’s Shine the Light Law
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, known as the “Shine the Light” law, permits California residents to request and obtain from us a list of their personal data (if any) that we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year and the names and addresses of those third parties. Requests may be made only once a year and are free of charge. To make such a request, California residents may contact us using the contact details in the “Contact Information” section below.
Health Information
To the extent that we process data that meets the definition of protected health information (“PHI”) as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”), such processing is governed by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable Business Associate Agreements, which are separate from this Policy. This Policy does not apply to PHI that we process in our capacity as a business associate under HIPAA.
Information for Users Outside the United States
If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that personal data collected through the Site will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Site, you acknowledge this transfer. Where required by applicable law, we process your personal data on the following legal bases: (a) your consent, where you have provided it; (b) our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Site and marketing our services, provided such interests are not overridden by your data protection rights; or (c) compliance with a legal obligation.
